Who We Are

Prismont is an early-stage project building a governance layer for enterprise AI decision-making. We operate under the name Prismont and can be reached at hello@prismontai.com.

Pre-launch status. Prismont is currently in a pre-launch, pre-incorporation phase. We are collecting early interest from potential customers and design partners. We are not yet a registered legal entity. This policy reflects our commitments at this stage, and we will update it as the company formalizes.

Our domain is prismontai.com. References to "Prismont," "we," "us," or "our" throughout this policy refer to the Prismont project and its operators.

What We Collect

Waitlist form — backend not yet live

Currently, our website contains a waitlist interest form asking for:

Your name
Your work email address
Your company name (optional)

Important: Our waitlist form backend is not yet connected to a database. Form submissions do not currently persist or get stored anywhere. We will update this policy and notify you when the backend goes live and data collection begins in earnest.

We also collect basic, non-identifying technical data that your browser automatically sends when you visit any website, such as browser type, operating system, and referring page. We do not currently use any analytics tracking software.

How We Use It

Your information is used for one purpose and one purpose only at this stage:

To notify you when Prismont launches or reaches early access milestones.

We will not use your email address for marketing unrelated to Prismont, will not sell it to third parties, and will not add you to any third-party mailing lists. Period.

Once a full product launches, this section will be expanded to cover product-related communications, security alerts, and service updates.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

In the future, if we use third-party services to send emails (such as an email service provider like SendGrid or Resend), your email address may be processed by that provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages from Prismont. We will name those providers here when they are in use.

Currently, no third-party services that handle personal data are active on this site.

Data Retention

Since our backend is not yet live, no waitlist data is being retained at this time. When the backend is activated, we will retain waitlist data until:

You request deletion, or
Prismont ceases to operate.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@prismontai.com.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights over your personal data. These include:

Right to access — ask us what information we hold about you.
Right to correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
Right to deletion — ask us to erase your data.
Right to withdraw consent — you can opt out of the waitlist at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@prismontai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

EU / GDPR visitors: By submitting your email, you are consenting to receive communications from Prismont about our product launch. You can withdraw that consent at any time. California / CCPA residents: We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what data we hold and to request deletion.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts at this time. We do not track your behavior across other websites.

If we introduce analytics tools in the future (e.g., to understand how visitors engage with the site), we will update this policy and add a cookie notice accordingly.
